So I’m baking cupcakes from scratch today to bring to work. I’m hoping they don’t burn in the oven like most sweets I try to make. I’ll be posting some pics up of them whether or not they’re good lol. Here’s the first couple of pics. One of my ingredients and dishes to mix them (not all of them would fit in the pic), the second is me getting them into the pan, and the other is of batch #1 which is currently cooling.

Those are candy cane hershey kisses on top of each cupcake. I pretty much ran short on frosting so i had to do what i could for the last 15 cupcakes to make them not look naked.

The winner of the match, Ms Silver Fox! It must have been quite the battle for the ages that took place off screen madame.
The biggest part of the battle was when I used the electric mixer to mix the flour in with the liquid…my poor dj pon3 shirt was covered in white powder after just 2 minutes of mixing. I’m frosting the cupcakes right now, taking a minute or so to stretch my hand so it doesn’t cramp worse than it is. Didn’t know squeezing 4 tubes of frosting could be that taxing on it. I’ll post pics of the finished product shortly. They aren’t looking the best but it’s better then plain cupcakes.
That got a laugh outta me. Something I’m gonna need today. The cupcakes turned out really yummy. My coworkers almost didn’t wanna eat them because of how I decorated them lol.

Thank you! Starting out my new year by working first thing in the morning. My little one didn’t make it passed 10pm last night, we wore her out. However I did manage to stay up til midnight last night after playing a bit of my newly acquired JRPG Atelier Meruru. I was supposed to get totori from amazon but whoever sent the game put a brand new unused copy of Meruru in the case instead. Gotta love that since I only out of pocketed $10 after using gift cards for the purchase.
Ah, Meruru and Totori. Good choices. Give Totori a try as well when you get enough money to purchase it.
